Tina’s Work With Schools
“What has been the most powerful for me is that the culture and moral purpose work has allowed us to come together as a team and develop as a team and to learn and question as a team in a safe and supportive way. This is achieved by the school having an outside set of eyes, a coach/mentor to propel us on a journey to ensure… our students all take steps forward, individually and collectively, no matter the socio-economic or socio-cultural context.”
—Change Team Member, Murgon State School, Australia
“Tina presents with enthusiasm that is contagious. The learning intentions of the session are constantly revised and related to. The explicit, small group Change Team workshops allow for intensive learnings, understanding, and goal setting.”
—Change Team Member, Murgon State School, Australia
“The session with Tina was timely and pertinent to our goals as a team to improve our understanding of each other, to present a shared vision and a united approach.”
—Workshop Participant, Tin Can Bay State P-10 School
